Rev. William Stoklosa, Minister

Pastor Bill joined FBC in 2019. Originally from Buffalo, he came to Hamilton to attend Colgate University and then went on to the Princeton Theological Seminary. Bill and his wife, Jessica, are focused on building upon the strong community he has found at Hamilton Baptist Church.

In his free time, Bill enjoys watching a wide range of sports. You can often catch him at a Colgate game. Bill is also your go to person for a trivia event with his broad knowledge of all things fun (dinosaurs, movies, etc.).

Sexton: Brandon Marshall

In August of 2023, Pastor Bill welcomed our new church sexton.

Brandon comes to us from the village of Eaton and graduated from the Morrisville-Eaton School System in the year 2013. He is currently employed at Colgate University.

When not working Brandon enjoys doing many outdoor activities.

Music Director & Pianist: Johnny Elliott

In September 2025, Johnny joined the church family.

Hi! I’m Johnny. I’m a multi-genre pianist and teacher and I hold a Master’s of Music in Collaborative Piano Performance from the Longy School of Music of Bard College. I started learning piano when I was five years old, growing up in the beautiful mountains of Southeast Alaska. Since then, I have been blessed to study with talented teachers of different genres with diverse styles. Through teaching, I find great purpose in passing along the special gifts and skills I have learned from those great pianists.

Secretary: Kayla Gridley

In January 2024, Kayla joined the church family.

Kayla lives on the outskirts of Hamilton with her husband, Michael, and two kids, Chloe & Cassidy. When not working at FBC Kayla enjoys teaching fitness classes at Colgate University and Reboot Fitness.

Children & Family Ministries Director: Kerri Woods

In 2003, Kerri and her family started attending FBC.

She has served off and on as Sunday School Superintendent/Christian Education Chair since 2006 and as the church clerk for many years. Kerry enjoys spending time with my kids, being outside as much as possible, attending Colgate sporting events, and doing puzzles (Sudoku, crossword, and jigsaw.)
